FedEx Absorbs Mexico’s MultiPack, Distribution System

MultiPack, formally Servicios Nacionales Mupa, has trucking, express package and warehousing operations across Mexico. FedEx last December announced plans to acquire MultiPack, and now plans to integrate it in phases under the FedEx brand.
Those include a pick-up and delivery network, logistics services, 48 distribution centers, 13 warehouses and more than 500 retail outlets.
